Sailor Uranus is one of the four Outer Soldier of the Solar System, and was the eighth Sailor Soldier to be introduced. She is a stubborn, protective individual, but is also strong-willed, capable, charming, and occasionally even doting. Also she's extremely flirtatious and loves to tease pretty girls. Uranus fights along side her partner and lover, Sailor Neptune. Her powers are based around the sky.
